A single night: 135€

More than one night: 115€ per night

CONDITIONS
  • A 50% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure your booking and must be paid at the time of making your booking.
  • The rest of the amount to be paid until reaching the full price of the reservation will be made at the time of delivery of the keys, with cash.
  • A 100€ damage deposit will be secured against all bookings. This deposit will be returned the day after the departure by transfer to an account provided by the client or by cash delivery, to be chosen by the owner.
  • For cancellations made 7 days in advance, the entire amount contributed as a reservation will be refunded.
  • In case of booking cancellation with less than 7 days in advance, the possibility of making a change in the dates will be given or 75% of the amount of the payment made will be refunded.
  • Animals are not allowed
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments
  • The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed 4 persons.
  • Check in time: from 14.00 (time to be specified for the keys delivery)
  • Check out time: by 12.00
THE PRICE INCLUDES
  • Generalitat tourist taxes
  • Water, gas and electricity expenses.
  • Bed linen and towels
  • When returning the keys to the owners, the Merola apartment must be delivered clean and in good condition. If the right conditions are not met, tenants can lose the deposit.
